Everything looks so great Edgar, thanks as always for taking time out to share with your video blog with us, it is very much appreciated.
I hope the shooting gets a little easier as you progress. I seem to recall seeing a Peter Jackson "behind-the-scenes" video from back in the Lord of the Rings films where he quipps a line that wen't something like "... Remember everyone: Pain is temporary; film is forever !" heh, I always thought it was a great rally cry for his cast (and himself no doubt). So keep up the good work, we're all rooting for you guys !
This installment obviously serves as a challenge to all viewers. I get it. I'll bring the books with me to the film and I will follow along, highlighter in hand, carefully taking notes on similarities in each panel.
like that someone actually dropped a clanger (spade) as you were speaking. another great insight, cheers!

LOVE to see the fatefulness in the movie. I was a bit un-easy to hear edgar wright was making this film. But now i'm 100% convinced it's in good hands.
bryan is so dreamy like an orchid in a magical forest...with edgars ginger bread references it doesn't get any hotter than this. WAY TO GO SPIRIT!! you guys are amazing!

Edgar, love the photo/video blogs and I am so elated that you're doing this film. I'm a film student and just finished my first year and love it all. Your blogs get me so pumped for not only the movie, but for film making in general. Just seeing the crew, cast, cameras, etc. is awesome. I'm familiar with the source material of course and it's cool seeing it come to life in film and getting that behind the scenes look.
Keep up the good work and please keep the blogs coming. Also, if you need an extra crew member or anything, I'm free the whole summer and will work for food :)
The casting looks so awesome on this. I'm a big fan of the books, you Edgar, and a lot of the cast. So I cannot wait to see this film the day it comes out. The day I found out Michael Cera I called up my friend who turned me onto the books and I swear he had a Nerdgasm.

Here’s some amazing poster art by the very talented Sam Gilbey for my Curzon Soho show on Feb 19th. Please note that: 1) Bronson is twice as badass in black and white. 2) Osymyso is set to DJ on the night. You need no further encouragement to come. For those jonesing for more Wright Stuff presentations, I offer you a [...] […]
The finger gunfights in SPACED were always my favourite sequences in the whole damn show. If you haven’t seen them and you really should’ve by this point…then see below. Spaced – the original gunfight sequences; If you have seen the above scenes and have always wanted to…be in one…then read on. Some crazy cats on Facebook are organising [...] […]
For those jonesing for more Wright Stuff presentations, I offer you a temporary and quite awesome salve. I haven’t been able to schedule anymore double bills at the Prince Charles due to my quite insane schedule and print availability in the UK of some of my favourite cult items, but… The good folks at Curzon Soho have [...] […]
This is a tad late, but I wanted to share my Top 30 tracks of 2009 with you people. I was very busy for all of last year, so I didn’t get as much time to listen to whole albums as much as I’d like. Given how crazy busy I’ve been working, this is almost [...] […]
